How much does it cost to rent?

Photography + Content Creations Rates:

Tuesday-Friday $40 HR // Saturday $50 HR *Sundays are available upon request

Workshop + Events Rates:

Tuesday-Friday $50 HR // Saturday $60 HR

*2 hour minimum for studio rental

When is The TEN available for rent? 

Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM // Saturday, 9AM-5PM
Please reach out directly to inquire about Sunday & evening rentals. 

What types of events can I host at The TEN? 

Photoshoots, Retail Pop-Ups, Client Meetings, Micro Events up to 20 guests, Retreats, Art Openings, Book Signings…open to other creative ideas!

Where should my guests park? 

The Studio comes with two parking spaces. In the event they are not available, there is street parking available on Navato Place and Marietta Place.
